Coaching Policies

At P.S. It’s Over, I am committed to helping you reach your fullest potential and create the life you want to live. I want you to be successful and in order for positive change to happen, you must put in the work. This will require a commitment to yourself and the coach-client partnership we will build to help you achieve your goals. Keeping this in mind, there are policies that we must adhere by to ensure our time together is a healthy, safe, and positive experience for everyone involved.

As your Life Coach, I am committed to:

  • Treating you with respect
  • Provide a safe space to talk
  • Being prepared for our sessions
  • Giving honest feedback
  • Helping you with your goals

Clients must commit to:

  • Treating me with respect
  • Communication and honesty
  • Being prepared for our sessions
  • Having patience
  • Do the work

It is important to remember that change does not happen overnight. It takes time, a lot of hard work and follow-through to see progress. To move forward in a positive direction, you must be honest with yourself and open to new possibilities.

Confidentiality

As a Life Coach, one of the most important values I have is the confidentiality of my clients. What is discussed in our sessions are private and will be held in confidence.

Confidentiality does not apply in the following situations: (a) being subpoena or court ordered to disclose information; (b) if the client indicates that they are in risk of danger or harm; (c) if the client indicates that they may harm themselves or someone else. In these cases, I will need to inform the appropriate authorities.

Refund

Selecting the right Life Coach is an important decision to help you on your journey. This is why I offer a free consultation, so we can ensure we are a good fit for each other. If you decide that I am the right coach for you and you purchase a coaching session or package, you indicate your commitment to work with me. For this reason, I do not offer refunds on coaching services.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are more than 10 minutes late to any scheduled appointment, you forfeit the payment for that appointment.
